What to Expect
Bench for the Board Event: Our signature bench press event invites all to participate, from beginners to seasoned lifters. Starts at 11:00 AM.
Highland Games Exhibitions: Try your hand or just enjoy watching events like the Sheaf toss and Weight Over Bar!
Grip/Armlifting Challenges: Test and improve your grip with specially designed challenges.
Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA): Delve into the art of historical sword craft and witness skilled demonstrations.
Barbecue and Refreshments: Enjoy a range of grilled favorites perfect for a summer day.
Workshops: Learn from experts in strength training, grip sport, and more with seasoned veterans of each sport!
