Free Bench Press Clinic

Bench for the Board Main Event

  • Time: 2:30 PM

  • Location: Elevate Studios

  • Test your mettle in our friendly competition, where every participant gets the chance to hit their max and have their name immortalized on our Bench Board. It's not just about lifting; it's about celebrating every milestone with our community.
