This program contains 16 weeks of two pressing protocols to take your Axle Clean and Press to a peak for either a competition or just a personal best. Day 1 of each week focuses on your full clean and press technique while the second day of the program takes you into the rack to build up your pressing power specifically.

Note that this program assumes that you’re not using a split jerk technique in your competition press. If you’re using a split jerk technique then this program will not work well for you.
